Time to get uncomfortable to be comfortable! We are going to do some cursing affirmations, a cussing meditation, get our hugging on, screaming into pillows and some other fun activities. Learn how to be unconventional and release our gives that society want us to conform to and just be ourselves for a moment and let go! This class is by donation. My studio is downtown Palmer Peak outpost entrance go inside up the stairs, second door on the left. See you then! Get ready to have some fun!
